What the On-Site Carbon Capture Unit Includes

Our compact on-site unit covers capture, filtration, compression, and storage. Here is what each component does and what your facility needs to provide for a smooth integration.

The Complete On-Site System

Our modular capture unit is designed to operate within your existing facility footprint. It covers the full capture pathway: intake from your emission source, membrane-based CO₂ separation using tangential flow filtration, compression to usable pressure, and temporary on-site storage. Your facility provides the physical connection point, standard electrical supply, and a team that knows your operations. We bring the capture technology and the monitoring infrastructure.

Capture Module

The core of the system: swappable membrane cartridges housed in a compact unit that connects to your exhaust stream. Designed for field replacement without specialized tools, so your team can manage upkeep without extended downtime.

Compression and Storage

Once captured, CO₂ is compressed to the appropriate pressure for your intended use, whether that is internal reuse, sale to an offtaker, or sequestration. On-site buffer storage holds the output until it moves downstream.

Monitoring and Controls

Hardware-integrated sensors track mass flow, purity, temperature, and system health in real time. A digital twin dashboard gives both your team and ours full visibility into performance, verification data, and maintenance alerts.

What Your Facility Provides

A Collaborative Integration

Every facility is different, and we respect that. Your side of the integration typically includes a physical connection point to the emission source, standard electrical service to power the fully electric system, and personnel who understand your operations and can coordinate with our team during installation and ongoing service. We handle the capture technology, monitoring, and consumable logistics.
