For Investors & Grant Reviewers
A Clean Technology Opportunity at the Point of Emission
Spear the Air is building modular, point-source CO₂ capture systems for hard-to-abate industries. We’re in active R&D, working shoulder-to-shoulder with early partners in the winery, food & beverage, and cement sectors—with prototype fabrication on track for Spring 2026.
Why Spear the Air Is Worth a Closer Look
We understand what investors, accelerators, and grant reviewers look for: traction, clarity, defensibility, and a believable path from pilot to scale. Here’s what we’ve built and where we’re headed.
Defensible Wedge Market
We’re starting where CO₂ concentration is highest and the operational case is clearest—wineries, fermentation facilities, and cement plants. High-purity exhaust streams reduce capture complexity, accelerate validation, and give us a replicable playbook from day one.
Multi-Stream Business Model
Four interlocking revenue pillars reduce single-stream dependency: hardware sales, recurring membrane replacements (our razor-and-blade model), CO₂ utilization and compressed tank sales, and carbon credits or equivalent (45Q and state-level programs).
Real Traction. Honest Stage.
We’ve completed an in-person flue gas assessment at a Napa Valley winery, graduated from a competitive business accelerator, and assembled a hands-on engineering team. Prototype fabrication is on track for Spring 2026. We’re validating in the field—not selling vapor.
Our Founding Story
Born from Wildfire Season. Built for Industrial Reality.
CEO and founder Pedro Camacho grew up in Nevada, watching wildfire smoke roll in from California every season. The question that gripped him was simple: why isn’t there a practical machine to capture emissions directly at the source? After years of independent research beginning in 2017, Pedro incorporated Spear the Air in early 2025, completed a competitive business accelerator program, and made the full-time leap. Today, he works alongside a team of mechanical and electrical engineers and experienced clean tech advisors—all committed to making point-source CO₂ capture practical for the industries that need it most.

The Investment Case
What Investors & Grant Reviewers Look For—and What We Deliver
Whether you’re reviewing for an accelerator, evaluating a grant, or exploring a direct investment, here’s a clear-eyed snapshot of where Spear the Air stands today and where we’re headed.
Our Technology
Tangential Flow Filtration membrane technology selectively separates CO₂ from industrial exhaust streams, converting point-source emissions into high-purity, compressible CO₂—ready for on-site reuse, commercial tank sales, or carbon credit generation.
Our Deployment Model
Every engagement follows a structured, repeatable path: Site-Fit Assessment → System Design → Installation & Commissioning → Ongoing Maintenance & Consumables. Built to scale from one facility to many without reinventing the process each time.
Our Path Forward
Spring 2026 prototype fabrication is our near-term milestone. From there, we’re targeting expanded pilots in the winery and cement sectors and building the operational playbook for scaled, multi-site deployments across hard-to-abate industries.
