Technology: Our Shared Approach—The Modular System

We’re developing a fully electrified, passive system that integrates into your existing footprint, eliminating the need for massive steam and chemical regeneration plants.

Modular Cartridges

Compact, swappable membrane cartridges allow for scalable installation directly at the point source.

Fully Electrified

This is a flexible section where you can share anything you want. It could be details or some information about feature two.

Real-Time Monitoring

Hardware-integrated gas concentration
monitoring ensures you know exactly how
much carbon you are mitigating.

Milestone

AI-Driven Contaminant Detection

We’re training AI models to identify specific detriments to our filters in advance, allowing our joint engineering team to remove impurities before they impact performance.

Path to Pilot

We are executing a rigorous R&D strategy to move from IP protection to a validated, commercial-ready system by Fall 2026.

Step 1
Month 0

IP & Climate Strategy

We start with a “Climate Strategy” in place to protect our IP. Our business model is live and designed to generate revenue through consultation and installation services.

Current Phase Step 2
Months 0 – 3.5

Design & Validation

We move beyond theory by validating our “first-of-its-kind” annular capture system through rigorous computer modeling and bench-top testing. This phase proves the physics and ensures our design is commercially viable before we build.

Step 3
Months 3 – 6

Hardware Fabrication

We are actively building the machine. We are procuring materials and manufacturing the mechanical components for our four key subassemblies: Intake, Compression, Capture, and Storage. This transforms our blueprints into physical assets.

Step 4
Months 6 – 8

System Integration

We combine our subassemblies into a single, unified prototype. This critical phase focuses on safety and reliability, establishing the safe operating “envelopes” for pressure and temperature to ensure the system is ready for the real world.

Step 5
Months 8 – 10

Performance Proof

We prove it works. We run the fully integrated system under realistic conditions to validate CO₂ capture efficiency and energy stability. This culminates in a stakeholder demonstration of a TRL 4 prototype, ready for pilot scrutiny.

Step 6
November 2026 Onward

Commercial Expansion

With a validated prototype, we open our Seed Round for expansion and deploy commercial units. We shift from development to decision-making, activating our market strategy and scaling operations.

Practical Carbon Capture for Industrial Partners

We are developing compact, modular carbon capture systems designed to integrate directly into your existing operations. No massive infrastructure overhauls. No chemical plant complexity. Just a fully electrified system built around swappable membrane cartridges and real-time monitoring that works alongside your team. We are in active R&D, building toward our Spring 2026 prototype with partners across the winery, brewery, beverage, and cement sectors.

Where Our Missions Overlap

We focus on sectors where concentrated emission streams make modular capture practical. Each industry brings unique operational realities that shape how we design the integration.

Wineries and Fermentation

Your fermentation process produces high-concentration CO₂ — the ideal place for us to start closing the loop together.

Breweries & Distilleries

Fermentation runs year-round in your facility, which means the CO₂ opportunity does too. We’re exploring how our modular system fits your floor plan and your flow rates — without interrupting production.

Beverage & Food Producers

Concentrated point-source emissions in your manufacturing operations are exactly where our capture approach makes the most sense. Let’s map your sources and see where we overlap.

Cement & Industrial

We’re scaling our modular systems to help your cement or glass plants meet environmental mandates without overhauling your entire facility.

The Modular System

Built for the Real World, Not the Lab

Our system eliminates the need for massive steam regeneration by using a purely electric process with compact, swappable membrane cartridges. Hardware-integrated sensors feed a real-time digital twin so we know exactly how much carbon we are mitigating, side by side. Maintenance is predictable. Integration is designed around your footprint. And we are transparent about our development stage every step of the way.

Built for operators—not just lab demos.

Carbon capture shouldn’t require a chemical plant to operate. Spear the Air is focused on a compact, modular system designed to be practical for real facilities.
